Refund Policy

This policy explains when a refund is available and how to request one. It forms part of, and must be read together with, our Terms of Service. The refund windows below are identical to Section 4.4 of those Terms.

1. Subscription Memberships

• First purchase — 7-day money-back guarantee: If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied with the Services, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription purchase.
• Renewal charges — 48 hours: Refunds for automatic renewal charges are available within 48 hours of the renewal charge, provided you have not accessed premium content during the new billing period.
• After the window: Requests made after the periods above are handled case by case at our discretion.

2. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions (Pro Analyst Annual) are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days, calculated from the unused portion of the subscription period less the months already used.

3. The 7-Day Trial

The 7-Day Trial is a single $0.99 payment that unlocks full Pro access for 7 days. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel.

• Access delivered: Because the pass expires by itself after 7 days, it is non-refundable once the 7-day access period has begun.
• Access not delivered: If a payment processing error prevented you from receiving access, we will refund the $0.99 in full.
• Matchweek cancelled or postponed: If the matchweek you bought the pass for is cancelled, or postponed by more than 7 days, we will refund the $0.99 in full.

4. Free Content

Content that is free — including the public prediction log, the accuracy tracker, and any preview unlocked once a match has been settled — requires no payment and therefore carries no refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email our support team with:

• Your account email address
• The purchase transaction ID (from PayPal or your payment provider)
• The subscription or 7-Day Trial you are requesting a refund for
• A brief explanation of the reason for the request

We acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days and complete approved refunds within 5-10 business days.

6. No Guarantee of Results
