Football matches are inherently unpredictable. 4. Membership Subscriptions

FutebolAI offers tiered membership subscriptions that provide access to premium content and enhanced features. By subscribing to a paid membership plan, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Basic Fan Plan (Free): Limited access to weekly match previews and basic league standings. No payment required. May be subject to content limitations and advertising.
• Pro Analyst Plan: Unlimited AI predictions across all leagues, full tactical analysis reports, and comprehensive match previews. Requires active monthly or annual subscription.
• Ultimate Expert Plan: Everything in Pro, plus full historical match database access, data export capabilities, exclusive deep-dive tactical reports, and priority customer support. Requires active monthly or annual subscription.

4.2 Billing and Renewal

• Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year on the subscription start date.
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• FutebolAI reserves the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days’ advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email of any price changes.
• All prices are displayed in USD. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, or others as available).

4.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting FutebolAI support via the Contact page.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium content until the period you have already paid for expires.
• There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

4.4 Refund Policy

• New Subscribers: If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied with the Services, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. This 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first subscription purchase.
• Renewal Charges: Refunds for automatic renewal charges are available within 48 hours of the renewal charge, provided you have not accessed premium content during the new billing period.
• Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days, calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription period minus the months already utilized.
• No Refund Situations: Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: (a) account termination due to Terms violation; (b) subscription older than the applicable refund window; (c) abuse of the money-back guarantee across multiple accounts.
• To request a refund, please contact us through the Contact page or email support. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

4.5 Account Suspension and Termination

• FutebolAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to redistribute premium content without authorization.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the FutebolAI website, including text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, AI models, and software, is the property of FutebolAI or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute premium content without express written permission
• Use FutebolAI content for commercial purposes or in any competing service
• Scrape, extract, or systematically download data from the Site through automated means
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices

You may share links to publicly available free content. Premium content access is limited to your personal, non-commercial use during your active subscription period.
